Yellow - UX Case Study and proposal

The goal of this case study was to analyse a product (a last mile online bike & scooter rental app in SP) and, by applying UX design methodology, figure out usability/service flaws, coming up with solutions to solve the problems and improve the service. ​​​​​​​
On this initial stage, I did a quick survey with 17 users of the service. They all work at a company at Av. Eng. Luis Carlos Berrini, in São Paulo. The area has a high concentration of Yellow's bikes & scooters.
