THE HARTLEPOOL DICTATOR
Entry for the Northern Illustration competition. The brief was to illustrate a concept based around the idea of the tale of the Hartelpool Monkey. In the original story the monkey gets hanged on charges of being a french spy. I inverted the absurdity and imagined the story where the monkey becomes the dictator of Hartlepool. Was stoked to end up as one of the finalists in the competition.
