WOVEN RUGS.
For this project I have made hand woven carpets created by using various handwoven techniques on the hand loom.
Inspiration
Taking the dry flower arrangement as my inspiration I have used jute yarn to give a more natural appeal to the rugs. To give it a softer feel I have used acrylic yarns in the weft and to add texture to that I have used some leather yarns.
The warp used is white cotton ply yarn & the weft used is acrylic.
