This is a Rolling Stone Magazine spread mock-up about rapper, Nicki Minaj. I wanted the spread to reflect Nicki Minaj’s persona and being, and therefore added pops of pink across the spread. I used the grid in many different ways to create a unique feel. Nicki Minaj is an independent woman who stands out and I reflected this in my spread by keeping photos to a minimum, with one large image creating a high-impact focal point.
