Branding concept for a boutique hotel in Portland. The building was originally built in 1915 as a grade school until it closed and was later turned into a hotel. As the current building maintains much of his school-roots, this branding concept aims to be charming and nostalgic with a dash of quirkiness. The typography and graphic motifs were inspired from school ephemera from around the 1920’s.
