This project was designed as a high-end residential building in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was originally conceived as a mixed-use building (residential and commercial use), but after the delivery of the first milestone, it was changed to a single residential building at the request of the client.

Climatic conditions were used in the design process. The apartments were distributed and oriented with the aim of facilitating natural ventilation through their corridors, and the balconies of the upper apartments serve as solar protectors for the building. Passive natural cooling is also achieved with the vegetation and bodies of water in the perimeter of the apartments.

The floors are distributed as follows:

- Ground Floor

- Parking lot

- Level of 3 apartments (1-3).

- Level 2 apartments (4-6)

- Penthouse units (7-8)

- Social terrace with pool, gym, barbecue areas and bar.

The apartments range from 90 square meters in the floors of three units, to 360 square meters in the penthouse units. They include facilities such as a maid's room (which can be rented as a separate apartment from the property), two kitchens (technical and modern respectively) in all apartments, and the penthouses include a guest room and a space that can be converted into an art studio.
