The purpose of this book is to showcase a few recipes for people to prepare, cook and serve for entertaining. The main reason for using this book is for people who are stuck on ideas on what to present to their friends/family for a dinner event e.g. a dinner party. The book will include an entree, a main dish, a side dish and a dessert. The book will be largely photographic based so that the guests can preview it like a menu and also so it can be used as a coffee table book. The style and design of the book is to be quite rustic photography with modern typography and layout (matching the food described).
