Objective: This project's goal was to create a temporary exhibit for the fictional The Museum of Ordinary located in New York City. The exhibit, Perspectives, features ordinary objects viewed in a different light through art and interactive features to appeal to tourists and locals alike in a fun environment.
Concept: The Museum of Ordinary celebrates the everyday through unique exhibits, art installations, and interactive features making the museum a fun place for students, couples, and families. The Perspectives exhibit offers a one-of-a-kind way at looking at the average objects we use on a daily basis through interactivity, art, video, and more. The modern, pop art style of the exhibit offers a playful and inviting design that is both fun and educational. Components include signage, environmental graphics, merchandise, and print elements.
