Malaysia has been moving towards greener mindset. The green building our team choose for the research study building is Pusat Tenaga Malaysia (PTM) also known as Green Energy Office (GEO). This building implemented six solar panels for each roof area: Polycrystalline, Amorphous Silicon, Monocrystalline Glass-Glass, Monocrystalline and Thin Film CdTe. Surprisingly, the solar panels used provides up to 50% of the building’s electricity requirements which is roughly 120,000kWh/year.
