Tie-dye and batik are my favourite surface techniques to work on leather. I have used trapunto in this project whch portrays the symmetric and geometric cellular arrangement in organisms, small or large. The best thing about these kinds of techniques is that they create subtle variations in texture that add a lot of visual interest to a design.
The bags are very sructured and made keeping in mind the latest trends.
