Project 4- Personal Narrative
This project is an artistic representation of my anxiety. The landscape is an interpretation of the inside of my mind. This subject matter personally affects me in that my anxiety is a constant companion for me and I have to make an active choice not to let it overwhelm me each day. I think it’ll emotionally move my audience because anxiety is an emotion everyone can relate to on some level.

I drew my images to be simple, while using the smudge and blur tool to create texture with soft edges. There are darker colors and blood splatters used throughout to give it an eerie vibe. The characters' movement is meant to be choppy to juxtapose the smooth movement of the scenes. This combined with closeups and zoom ins is meant to draw the viewer in and make them feel unsettled. The scenes, music, and lyrics are all meant to be abstract and nothing is spelled out directly simply because it's not something easy for me to understand, let alone spell out directly for others.
