Oxford Owls is a personalised tutoring service for young students, primarily in literacy and mathematics, and offers specialised assistance for identified dyslexic learners and/or learners struggling with reading and spelling. They incorporate multisensory techniques to teach the whole brain therefore enhancing the uptake of learning.
The aim of this project was to design a logo that is playful and recognisable, to build a brand that would stand out amongst other competitors in the local area, and to emphasise and promote its differences that would cater to the minority.
Owls are common symbols for intelligence and are historically represented in Greek mythology for Athena, the goddess of wisdom.
