Project purpose is to create community center and make it's neighboring areas attractive to people. Three different disciplines are joined in this project: urban planing, architecture and landscape architecture.
The main goal is to draw people's flow from city space to riverside trough existing green spaces. It is also important to bond riverside with deserted industrial zone in other side of the river which extends public spaces across river. The main square is formed by three different complex of buildings: sport and culture complexes and community center. By the help of landscape architecture square's spaces can be used as amphitheatre or place for public gardening.
