As a long-time pet owner, and oft-frustrated pet care seeker, I set out on a research project while studying UX at General Assembly to concept a better way to search for, and obtain, pet care. Not the random "I need it now" walk or weekend pet sitting, but a fully flushed out place where pet owners and care providers could meet on the terms they specified.
What I did:
• Named company, created logo
• Wrote user research questions
• Interviewed 10 pet owners & 5 pet care providers
• Created personas based on interview findings
• UX/UI
• Primary and secondary user flows
• Wireframes
