To help this property developer in their aim to refurbish, extend and re-use this London property, we created 2 images to show the proposed changes and alterations.
Shot 1 shows the building in context of the street and surroundings, allowing investors, planning departments and other folk to see the impact the building has. To do this we blended CGI imagery into a professionally shot photograph.
Shot 2 shows the building without any buildings from the street obscuring the view. The aim here was to clearly show the alterations to the building, and the proposed additional levels to the street elevation. An eye level shot, such as shot 1, simply didn't show the proposed design, so it was decided that a fully CGI shot was needed.
