Jittery Joe's: Optimizing and Transforming a Café

For this project, I observed, analyzed and improved Jittery Joe's, the café located in our school's bookstore. I used the double diamond process to come up with an optimizing concept as well as a transformative concept for the coffee shop.
 
The first pdf shows my first impressions and insights from Jittery Joe's.
The second pdf shows different ideas and solutions I envisioned for Jittery Joe's, after analyzing different painpoints.
After refining my research to one strategic question (How can Jittery Joe's increase its visibility to attract more customers?), I did a third presentation showing how my best ideas could be put into two concepts: one that would transform the service and another which would optimize the service.
