A Bicicleta is a restaurant in Lisbon, one of the most touristic Cities in Europe.
The Novotel Accor Group wanted to created a restaurant with different concept/experience from other common hotel restaurants.
A space where also people that are not staying at the Hotel can and would like to visit and experience what "A Bicicleta" could offer.
An open food court where the customer can experience various types of food. Meals from different countries and cultures 24 hours a day.Lunch at dinner time, breakfast in the middle of the night. A space where there is no jet leg; in which a simple mean of transport such as the bicycle takes you to "travel" through a multitude of flavors.
Lisbon was the city to start with, and other cities like Oporto use the same concept.
