Background
PROVID advertising agency was founded in 1994. Started from 1996 it became a part of BBDO Worldwide. In 2008 the agency has separated from the group and became an independent. Nowadays is one of the most creative agencies in the Ukraine and hold the title of “Agency of the year” according to local rating. 
DDB which also known as a DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc is a worldwide marketing communications network. It’s a part of one of the world's largest advertising holding companies – Omnicom Group Inc. 
In 2018 PROVID became a part of DDB. ​​​​​​​
Problem
New agency PROVID DDB is a continuity of both agency but in the same time we need to spread the message about the merger of two big player on the advertising market. 
Idea
New identity should show what’s new could get an advertising market from this deal. 
First one is a the versatility of new forms getting through DDB and PROVID connection. 
Secondly is a demonstration of both agencies strong sides. 
It could be the main visually-forming element of the new agency identity.

The main graphic element was found at the intersection of two logos. This new graphic element has a huge variety of forms which helps us to show all potential of a new agency. . ​​​​​​​
We also can split the main element into smaller ones and they can be independent parts for different tasks.
