This type specimen book of Adrian Frutiger's typeface, Frutiger Serif was designed by Meghan Deakins. The goal of this book was to connect Frutiger's typeface to an event that happened the year the typeface was created. Her book connects the typeface to the infamous crime couple, Bonnie and Clyde. The Typeface and the infamous duo were shown as royalty throughout the book. With a clean designed supported by doses of gold to emphasize their royalty. Real letters and poems were used throughout the book along side real images of the couple to create a narrative of their royal life of crime.
