Problem: I had to set up the Ryobi press with my custom plate and print 200 copies of my notepads.

Method: I printed my notepad design onto an aluminum plate at the UH Postal Services print plant. In the printing lab, I set the ink to an even level at 20 and started the Ryobi press to produce a few copies at a time to align the plate cylinder and blanket to center the notepad on the paper and get the ink to desired look and density. Once the alignment and ink were set up, I let the press run for 200 copies and checked the ink density regurlarly on the fresh copies.

Solution: I printed 200 copies of my custom notepad using my custom plate, and controled the ink thoughout the run.
