Hi there! I'm Kate, a professional artist from Ukraine, currently based in Berlin. I am obsessed about communicating stories through my paintings and put them into the design of beautiful garments and accessories for my brand SilkyFoxy. The project is all inspired by the pure beauty of Nature, while I am drawing my sketches surrounded by the Botanical Garden. 

The scarf collection is made from pure soft silk and includes floral motifs as the main theme. I combined dynamic graphics of flowers and simple soft-color shapes framed within a circle. Each design is followed by three basic elements of composition. First, these are decorative patterns of flowers, such as white spring lilies and a fresh bouquet of bright chrysanthemums. The second important element is the outlines of colorful triangle shapes, that make the design more dynamic. The third element of the design is the dynamics of light shades through the entire composition, which is made possible through the illustration of falling petals. This makes the design more tangible and gives a modern look to the entire composition.
