Personalization - 2018

As UX Strategist at Volvo Cars I use insights gathered from user research, human psychology, technological and societal development and apply strategic foresight methods to generate potential future scenarios to guide strategic decision making to benefit business, consumers, environment and society. I have conducted studies around emerging societal and business trends, human needs and new technological capabilities like sensors, behavioral data, machine learning, personalization and contextualization as well as new interfaces like digital assistants, bots, xR. Studies  to help scope Advanced Engineering projects having the focus of maturing technologies 3-5 years before industrialization. 

Lately focus has been on designing the huge, invisible infrastructure that fuels an interface, how to sense customer behavior through data and distribute insights for real-time experiences that dynamically adapts to the individual in his current context.
