ANIMATE SHAPE LAYER ARMS & LEGS TUTORIAL

ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS TUTORIAL:
ANIMATE SHAPE LAYER ARMS & LEGS
For this task, we are required to follow an Adobe After Effects Tutorial 'Animate Shape Layer Arms & Legs [EASY] by ECAbrams which is shown below:
We are to amend the color scheme of the tutorial and we also may amend some of the elements if we wish to do so, providing the title of this task and our name as well in our motion graphic video.
For this tutorial, I created 3 version. One following the tutorial and the other two are created in an experimental yet similar in a way but one differs because I applied a repeater.
Firstly, create a rectangle shape which acts as the body of the character then add an ellipse shape to the body where the ellipse acts as a Torso. Create a straight line with a pen tool from the body to out of the rectangle to create an arm. Then, adjust the stroke lines and the stroke fill color. Key in the keyframe of the path of the arm then move a few frames then adjust the points in the stroke path using convert vertex tool where the arm will move to another position. Then duplicate the arm to create a leg using the similar way to create motion of the arm. After it is done, create a repeater for both arm and leg and adjust the positions. It is also important to apply Parent Whip Link where it will link the arms to the body and also the legs to the Torso so that the movement will be more natural. Below is the outcome:
From the tutorial:
For the other two videos, I am heavily inspired from 방탄소년단 (BTS)'s song called 'Anpanman' which is BTS's 9th Track in LOVE YOURSELF 轉 `Tear` album released in 2018. The reference video below is from their official youtube channel, BANGTANTV:
This character is called 'Dan-bu' short for 'Dancing Burger'. I created it in Adobe Illustrator using shape tools and also combining shapes with shape building tool. I only created the body of the character as I will be creating the arms and legs in Adobe After Effects.
The character is called I also created a Background image in Illustrator using a rectangle shape and also flare shape tool to create a Starry night background.
Then import my character and the background into Adobe After Effects CC. I applied the arms and the legs of Danbu like the first video but the difference is I used the character from Illustrator.
Below is the Final Outcome without repeater:
