To explain the dialogue – daughter/son tells her/his father something in the lines of "Hey dad, my boyfriend just got out of prison, we're gonna go explore Syria on a motorcycle, ok?", to which dad basically replies "Ok cool!". You see, dad's not worried, because his son/daughter has Elisa's awesome package, with travel insurance and everything. What a good father!
