The Beam Awards is a trophy for team members to mark milestones in their employment within the family of companies. I designed the logo based on the trophy that is constructed from colored acrylics and oak wood. The typeface is a custom made geometric design that incorporates a tall x-height circular curves and no contrast. The angular blocks of white reiterate the geometric shapes of the letterforms as well as the trophy and illustrates how light passes through the acrylic. Additional colors can be incorporated depending on the use and media.

The packaging for the trophy was kept clean wrapped in Neenah Red Pepper paper with the logo inked in white.
