Rookie Oxford

Desktop game developed in the scope of Computer Games, Interactive Applications and Multimedia Managment project, from ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon, with the goal of creating a educational videogame for children in the first level of english language.

During 4 months, in a team of three people, all engaged in all the creative process phases and developing the many components of the game in order to deliver a presentable and functional prototype, my main responsabilities were to create and provide the sound and visual content of the game, namely, the cutscenes between the mini-games, the sound and music selection and edition, and all the images. This project was a complete new experience for all of team elements, since none of us had experience working with Adobe After Effects or Unity, and after the conclusion, Rookie Oxford left us with a major sense of fulfillment and growth.
