Jewels in the South - Victoria's coastline
Australia has about 60,000 km of coastline of which Victoria share less than 5 percent. And yet Victoria’s coastline is spectacular and easy to access. The Great Ocean Road, a national heritage site, is less than 3 hours drive from Melbourne. Driving and with the use of helicopter rides are the best way to appreciate the beauty of this coastline. Those limestone stacks and bays, all named, resemble some giant bit-off chunks of Victoria.

Another piece of jewel carved out and polished for thousand of years.
Another easily accessible coastline is on the Phillip Island. Situated 140 km south-southeast of Melbourne, it is also home to many types of birds including the adorable little penguins.

Located on the south-east of Melbourne is the Mornington Peninsula. The walks along the coastline offers some of the most scenic sights, and this has attracted many artists and photographers alike.
