Identity design for a Hungarian archive

Client: Archives of Transtibiscan Reformed Church District
Location: Hungary

The goal:
The goal it was to create a scalable identity, which helps in one hand the institution to distinguish itself, and the other hand supports the communication with the audience. The institution needed a logo that draws its foundation from the past and will hold its own not only in the present, but also in the future.

The concept of the logo:
As the essence of the institution is based on the written word, the pen is the main focus of the logo, which embodies the symbol of the crucified Jesus, reflecting the style of Hungarian organic floral motifs found in the 16th century.

Thank you!
