1. 2018 - Boston capped off its fourth World Series win in the 21st century with a 5-1 victory in Game 5 over the Los Angeles Dodgers. The only game the team lost was Game 3, which went 18 innings. Steve Pearce was named World Series MVP. 

2. 2013 - After losing two of the first three games to the St. Louis Cardinals in the World Series, the Red Sox stormed back to win three consecutive games and earn the team's first championship since 2007. David Ortiz, who registered a .688 batting average with two home runs and six runs batted in, was named World Series MVP.

3. 2007 - After registering 96 wins and finishing atop the American League East division for the first time since 1995, Boston cruised to a World Series victory by defeating the Colorado Rockies in four games. Mike Lowell was named World Series MVP, while Jon Lester earned the win in the decisive Game 4.
