Pairs of forged bracelets bathed in gold.
The main idea of this project was to create a jewelry piece with the basic technique of metal forging. It was used a brass thread that was later on, turned into a bracelet. During the procedure, the thread was laminated with a hammer and the reinforcement was welded with silver.
The shape was inspired by the simplicity of a wrist watch, which is an object that is there and that always accompanies you. A pair of bracelets was thought to communicate complementarity between both. While one reflects strength and stability, the other shows delicacy and purity. It was intended to be used by two people who complement each other.
