When I Go Home

The theme of this project is Seven Deadly Sins, specifically for this one is gluttony. Instead of having a horrifyingly disgusting scene, I decided to include traditional Indonesian foods. This gives a different perspective towards the audience, especially to Indonesian study abroad students just like me. Not only to miss their home country, the choice of making the food looks very delicious and appealing is because I wanted to plant the deadly sin of gluttony to the audiences' feeling. Instead of making them feel disgusted with what gluttony can do to a person, the illustration is intended to make them fall to sin.
A friend and colleague helped me in making this project by acting out the pose for the illustration.
