I made a arena in the style of the Roman/Greek times. First I looked up buildings, art and typography to get some inspiration, I also found some technical drawings of how they would build buildings. Though I didn't want to copy just any old building so I tried giving it some twists.
Silhouettes
First I made multiple silhouettes to see what would be the most interesting.
After looking at what I had made, I decided to combine the first two and the last one. And I thought drawing a cut through would explain my ideas better.
Again I decided to mix up some of my ideas. I chose to go with the first cut through, but with the roof from the last one.

Because I will make this in 3D later I also made the front and top view and an official cut through. When I started the top view I saw the detail sketch wasn't a front view on scale already so I had the change some details.
