Detective Recruitment Campaign
Aim: To build on the success of the #MoreThanTheBadge PC recruitment campaign and recruit 20 direct entry detectives.
Activity: Promotional film explaining the varied role of a detective, a social media edit version, social media graphics building on the existing police officer brand.
Success: The campaign proved a success with so many applications that the cohort was expanded to 40. They pass out in March 2019.
