Modeling a Fragrance Pump
Above are the basic (natural spray) components to add in a 3D rendering of a perfume glass bottle.
The technical drawing above is useful to develop an accurate 3D model of a natural spray pump.
Note: Some pump collars can be smooth, with an outside bead, or an undercut depending how the
closure is to be attached to the pump.
There are four types of dip tube styles for the tubes cut end: angle, notch, bevel, and flat.
The notch cut is commonly used for fragrances which has the least potential for bottoming out
on the inner surface of the glass bottle and restricting the flow of the product.
