While on assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I had the opportunity to photograph the interiors at Sazón, a restaurant noted for fine contemporary and traditional Mexican cuisine.

Starting to photograph one-half hour before the restaurant opened, the series was completed working ahead of service.
