      A 10 piece evening wear collection inspired by the 1980s cult classic movie Heathers. 

My research first started with the end of the 1980s. From fashions, world occurrences all the way to new technology like the Walkman music player. From there the research flowed into late 80s into early 90s Punk grunge music. Some bands such as the Sex Pistols, Green Day, and Blondie. 

Moving on from Punk music I moved into the late 80s movie Heathers. The movie embodies the punk edge spirit through the gruesome plot that transitioned well with my previous page. Finally I chose my muse to be young Winona Ryder as she was the lead in Heathers. The collection is a fall/winter 10 piece evening wear set. My target audience is the established, independent 30 - 38 year old woman who loves to add that edge into their fashion.
