My concept is based on the “food pyramid”, hence the basic module form is a triangle.

Modules could arrange single or multiple seating desks, conference tables, presentation surfaces, place for lunch and also for catering events. Modularity allows for easy spatial clearance when needed – imagine a dance floor or mobile cinema in those special occasions. Possible configurations are practically unlimited, transforming the co-creation space quickly and accordingly.

Triangular modular wheel-mounted tables made from contemporary materials are perfectly suited to fit our goals. Table height is adjustable, which comes very handy with different use cases and situations – standing next to it, sitting on a bar stool or at a dining chair, etc. There is an optional storage compartment underneath the surface. A lot of color combinations are available, resulting in versatile table design that covers a wide array of applications.

Retractable walls from light materials positioned at certain zones. Goal is to easily seclude a space and create more intimate/ personal/ professional/ classified environment. These “cabins” may be used for relaxation, presentations, projections, meetings, discussions, etc. both face-to-face and/ or virtually. Aside from popular food association with restaurant menus, blackboards will be used as a very easy way for co-creating, brainstorming and exchange of ideas.

With in-wall boots, employees are able to quickly setup their own environment without losing precious time doing so. Thematic projections, sound and scent for relaxing and inspiration. Privacy could be enhanced with optional veils, visually separating in-wall booths from rest of the interior.

Connected schedule display easing up the organization of space and time. It can be connected to employees' and guests' smart devices. This will ease the organization of any event and/or every daily task. With movement sensors, it can monitor which seats are free, people can "book" specific space.

The co-creating space offers a great opportunity for different people to work together, get inspiration and share & develop ideas. Versatile spatial arrangement with modular elements should allow anyone to blend in and contribute to mutual goals.

I believe the concept is flexible and scalable in a way it could be easily implemented and in different interiors worldwide. A combination of customizable design solutions will offer comfort and inspiration to Unilever employees, allowing them to seamlessly arrange the co-creation environment just like they want it, everywhere.
