Before we start any software project at Share Hunter, we used to impose our clients a little planning. As much as we tried to work agile, the same questions were always surrounding us:

"How much is this gonna cost?"
"How long will you take to deliver it?"

We didn't find any magic formula to answer this, but, in instead, we developed the Blade Framework to help our clients better understand what they were asking for: in other words, we were doing an initial discovery process and they could even hire us only to apply Blade over their thoughts.

As Blade results we expected to deliver a high fidelity prototype, a MVP scope and, finally, an idea about price and time to develop its first sprints. Definitely, that wasn't enough to cover all the surprises a tech project will show for sure, but helped (a lot) to reduce the uncertainty of all those new applications.
