OPERA HOUSE
The opera house area is located in Toronto on a embankment near the Queen Quey. It is an entertainment district, which is a cultural center of the city. My goal was to create simple and minimalistic shape to fit into the surrounding architectural style. The project consist of two entities. The first one is the bowl, which houses the concert hall and the main foyer. The second is the elongated block, which cuts through the bowls entity, forming separate spaces for visitors flow and staff. That elongated unit extends into the Ontario lake, transformed in to the landscape and the pier.
