This eight point buck was photographed in the late evening as he came to investigate a group of females. He has multiple battle scars from fighting with other males as well as an old arrowhead stuck in his right shoulder. 

Perhaps due to his brush with hunters in the past, he was more cautious then many other bucks I’ve photographed, making my time spent with him all the more special.
