This family run bakery operates in Dabas, near the capital of Hungary. They supply hand crafted breads and pies to local businesses and families.

When they decided to open for the frozen food market they asked us to research and develop the brand for their all-time favourite product: hand-made pies.

After the research phase, we decided on going with a natural, classic, yet still modern look and feel for the packaging and promotion materials, while maintaining low production costs. and simple use of the packaging without the need for expensive machinery.

When we established the direction, it was time to design the boxes and the labels. The idea was to put stickers on a uniform, unprinted box, so they could order large amounts of boxes upfront, achieving the lowest per piece prices, and still have the ability to put whatever they want inside.

The die of the box was designed onto the full pie with some extra space left for variations and safety.
