DHL service design & launching strategy.

CHALLENGE
Design the launching strategy for the 'over the counter' (OTC) service of DHL Netherlands.
The old service, placed a great level of responsibility on the sender of the package for it to be delivered. Although these days, many senders aren't the ones interested to get the package home, but the receivers.

With the new service, most of the package sending process is the responsibility of DHL, as well as more balanced between the sender/receiver.
Advertisement targeted at the defined persona: those who forgot something and need to get it back!

Lowlands is a famous music festival where many objects are lost (and found). We thought that could also be a good opportunity to build brand salience and take the opportunity to place the new service closer to the intended target audience.
Full launching strategy roadmap from pre-launch, until the end of the communication campaign.
Many different research tools were used, such as: customer journey analysis, competitor analysis, inspiration collage, trend research, stakeholder mapping, online survey, Faceboook campaign.
