Multihalle
Steel truss structure with a single span of 60.9 m enables all of the program to be accommodated underneath it without a need of any support. The core idea of multifunctionality is achieved through the 3.400 m² of a column-free space that is situated in the middle of the ground floor. Two longitudinal interior elements running alongside central space offer supporting program (lobby, bar, kitchen, restrooms, locker rooms), some of it (restaurant, offices) situated on the mezzanine floor overlooking the central space. The two corridors with a supporting program are designed to have a much lower height than the primary steel truss structure to make it obvious they do not support anything and do not interrupt the fluidity of a space under the trusses. Parking spaces, storage and all of the technical program are situated underground.
