For several years, Fujifilm X-Series management team sells the new released mirrorless camera via Instagram. They serve buyers and record all purchase transactions manually. To simplify the process, in 2016 the team decides to create a microsite for selling new released camera and its bundling. This time, the team promotes the Fujifilm X-A3 mirrorless camera.
The microsite is in a semi-commerce format. So, the buyer orders product on the microsite by choosing the product and distributor/ store that he wants, then make financial transactions with the distributor (this is adjusted to the type of sales license Fujifilm has in Indonesia). In this period, the buyer will get Voucher ID document on his email, while the distributor will get the Voucher ID & link to Payment Verification page, on the email. After receiving financial transaction, the distributor should upload the payment struck & Voucher ID document that is stamped "paid" to the microsite. After the payment confirmed, buyer can take the product he ordered at the distributor/ store by showing the Voucher ID and his valid ID card.
I work as an Art Director and UI designer in this project. I inspired by the X-A3 camera product that is selfie-oriented, easy to use and affordable for all people. So, I chose skin tones like cream and pink as the main colour, light grey and nude gold as accents. The layout is minimalist, dynamic but still neat.
Please visit the final development on www.fujifilmxa3.co.id. The website maybe looks slightly different from the mockup design due to production process, server, content update and any other factors.
