2018, It's the Holidays!
For this year’s holiday greeting card I draw inspiration from holiday gift box and pattern wrapping paper. I aim to create a design that is interactive and multi-functional at the same time.
今年的節慶賀卡靈感來自於禮物盒及節日時會使用的圖騰包裝紙, 而卡片的設計同樣的參與了可讓收件人互動的元素以及多功能的折法及使用性能更加增添假日節慶的氣息。
Pattern Grid System
I began the design process by creating a grid system for the pattern. These two patterns then become the main motifs of the greeting card.
我首先將隔線系統架構好後, 繪製出卡片上主要的視覺圖騰。
Card Template and Color Palette
Multifunctional Greeting Card
This accordion fold greeting card can be folded and hang as a Christmas ornament,
or it can be folded into a box and use it as a festive lightbox.
這扇折的多功能節慶卡可以加上緞帶掛在聖誕樹上作裝飾, 也可以反折成盒子用作於節慶的燈箱。
When folded, one can move the inside panel from side to side to color the pattern differently.
當完全折起時移動後方的內層可幫卡片著上不同的色彩。
