This work is inspired by and based off of my experiences in Budapest, Hungary. I have included abstracted architectural aspects along with greenery found while adventuring in the life-filled city. I challenged myself to create another work under the same spectrum of my previous architectural and city-themed works to create a cohesive portfolio. I will be exploring innovation through the use of dyes in combination with digital illustration and alteration through Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate. furthermore, I will be sewing and constructing to explore applications to accessories as well as package design.

Process pictures of my disperse dyeing process. I hand mixed dyes and painted the repeating unit of the Budapest print and heat pressed the dyes onto synthetic fabric.
