When I was a kid and I became old enough to ride a bus, whenever something was bothering me, or was on my mind, I would catch a bus and ride to downtown Memphis and walk down to the river where i set on a large Rock overlooking the river, there I would take deep breaths, while admiring the beauty of the river, and thinking what a beautiful creation, when I got home I would always feel better, so in a way, prayer meditation has always been a part of my life. In a recent visit to the river I discovered that my rock was gone and has been replaced with a recreational center,
And that's okay I found a new spot.
