Project - Flip Tray
Our product design team turned a business problem that the company was facing into an opportunity and even created a new revenue stream by creating a new product. The Borosil Flip Tray.
What our extensive research had taught us was that there are some staples at the dining table for every Indian meal. And so, we designed the Flip Tray – which allows people to conveniently store three Borosil glass containers. It features a sleek, minimalist design, enabling people to store everything from pickles to dips and sauces to mouth-fresheners –condiments that are generally used at every meal.
The initial concept underwent several rounds of iterations both in terms of its form and engineering structure. The final refined design achieved structural stability and strength while following aesthetic and functional roles.
