Preliminary sketch for one of our clients, who was inspired by the Farnsworth House (as well as many other modern style homes) but wanted to incorporate Green technology. Hopefully will update the final sets when it is complete!

Quick design concept of a single floor plan home, incorporating a 2 bedroom residency. The goal of this schematic was to properly give home owners a sense of balance to their needs, appropriate flow in the floor plan design, while separating their living space with their work space.
Kitchen layout, including: overall room dimensions, cabinet sizes, kitchen triangle, 2 elevations, 3-D model, and rendering.
One of our clients couldn't picture the alcove coming off the living room floor plans drawn in AutoCAD, so it was my job to bring it to life with Revit.
