Urban hotel is a project located in Isintye area where most high - class people live. The project aims to provide the area with very luxury facilities and recreation. As well as of temporary accommodation and businessmen halls and talks. The project is a high-rised building with a great view on Bosphorus strait and Istanbul green surfaces. Consists of 150 rooms, recreation areas, sport gym, pool, restaurants and others.
The hotel serves as an iconic point in middle of Istanbul.
